Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We value your time and appreciate your understanding of our appointment policies.

Cancellations

• Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may forfeit your 30% deposit or incur a 50% cancellation fee

No-Shows

• Missed appointments without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee

Late Arrivals

• Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule or receive a shortened service

Rescheduling

• You can reschedule via the link provided in your confirmation email/text

• Please contact us directly if you experience issues
